Convenient location and the lowest prices I could find. However, I didn't receive a confirmation email when I made the booking or after returning the car so I wasn't totally confident that everything was in order. Returning the car (on a weekend) was strange- simply park on the street where time limits apply and leave the key in the box. I guess it works. All in all it's a good service and I will use it again.

I returned a car to this location when the branch was closed on a Saturday. I luckily found a parking spot on one of the designated street areas after circling a few times. However, it is now midday the following Monday and I have not received any confirmation email from Budget to confirm the return and summarize the charges (typical procedure for rental car returns). I would like some kind of confirmation that the car has been retrieved and that I will be receiving my 200 EUR deposit back. I have been trying to call the location all morning but no one answers the phone. I am now trying to call the main customer service line for Budget and am currently on hold. I will update this review once I receive some kind of confirmation or resolution.

Bonne expérience : accueil cordial, prise de la voiture rapide et efficace et pas de mauvaise surprise. Nous avons eu un problème de pneu et très rapidement l'agence a envoyé une équipe pour réparer le pneu. Restitution du véhicule en dehors des heures d'ouverture : il faut simplement se garer aux alentours (cf rues en couleurs dans le plan donné par l'agance) et déposer les clés dans la boite de l'agence.

Despite reading the reviews and noticing that lots of people mentioned it is hard to to find a place to return your car; I still tried my luck. I thought that if I took an 45 extra minutes to look for a proper parking space, it should be sufficient right? The answer is no, just no. My return was at 10:30pm, the street allows street parking from 10pm - 9am, and it is also marked as a 'recommended 24hr' parking space that the front office hands out (attached). Even though I don't expect someone to retrieve the car directly at 9am, but I would never have expected they went to get the car at 4:30pm the next day! This was the time that was marked on my hefty parking ticket! After some back and forth discussion, I eventually paid the ticket because thought it may have been worst. What if they decided to pick up the car after a whole week? Would I have been hit with tickets for the entire week? There is just no way to know when they will retrieve the car. Just do yourself a favor and book at a different location that has a proper car park to save you the extra cost and hassle.

I would not recommend this agency at all. I was charged €187 of the €200 deposit I had made. I had no justification for this charge, not even an invoice to explain why. It's been 14 days since I sent an email and there's been radio silence. So I still don't understand why they took money from my bank account without even telling me in advance. To be avoided!

Worst car rental experience we've had in a long time! We are really disappointed in the standard of service, including the long queue for pick up, but moreso the severe lack of information especially regarding drop off. Nowhere in our booking confirmation does it say the location would be closed, but we would be happy to park and use a key drop box - except there is NO PARKING at this rental car location, and no instructions where to leave the key. Plenty of signs however to highlight that parking is at the customer's risk?! Totally unprofessional, considering you force customers to park away from the rental location. We parked quite far and walked back in the rain, and seems we were quite fortunate to even find a parking space within walking distance as a lot of it is residential. Also very unhappy about the unfit for purpose child seat that we rented, which did not fit safely to the car, and the strap came undone such that our child would not have been safe in an accident. Not sure I will use Budget/Avis again - it's just not a professional setup.
