Our car broke down in Imatra and we were able to handle everything smooth and efficiently with the insurance and Hertz. After one week we returned to pick up our car and return the rental car. As always we refueled the rental car as close to the return office ( in this case the garage). To my surprise we got an invoice because the car was not refueled. I wrote to Hertz but even after we showed a bank receipt from the fuel station they claimed they had to refuel 6 liters. I have paid the invoice now but is stilI feel that I've been hoaxed. I have read about this hoax in rental offices in central Europe but to see this in Finland makes me sad. That's why I want to warn all to keep a receipt, and take a picture of the dashboard gage. It might save you some trouble.

Арендовал машину в ЮАР Вместо заявленных на сайте 1000 ZAR заплатил на месте 2400 ZAR из за налогов + впарили максимальную страховку не объяснив ее сути. Считаю Hertz вводит в заблуждение. Более того компания игнорирует все письма с просьбой разобраться Инвойс 87075330−1
