Měli jsme auto zapůjčené na 5 dní. Na letišti na nás čekal pracovník , předal klíče, vše vysvětlil. Auto jsme vraceli vhozením klíčů do schránky na letišti. Je to malé letiště a je pochopitelné, že pracovník není na přepážce přítomen vždy. Auto bylo čisté, nové. Depozi vrátili do tři dní.

Rip off!! Beware of this company... I got charged an extra 150euros for so-called "cleaning" of the car after having rented it for 4 months!! I send them below email: "I wanted to complain about an issue and inform you that I am going to undertake all necessary actions against your company if the following issue is not solved in a proper manner: After renting a car through your company for 4 months (!), my contact person (Pavel Galagan) has charged me 150€ extra for a so-called "car cleaning". It is correct that there were a few spots on the seats (mainly from hand sanitizers dropped by my child on the seats) that could easily be cleaned by wiping it with a wet towel. If I knew that he would make such a problem, I would have cleaned it myself. With other rental companies I never had to worry about cleaning! The weird and shady part is that Pavel saw me bringing in the car at the airport while I was refueling the car but he refused to come to do the final check in person. And days later he sends me an extra invoice of 150€ and calls it interior damage! I have rented cars from your company also in the past from Pori location and never had this kind of a bad experience. I won't accept this type of shady practices and kindly ask to refund the money withdrawn from my credit card so that we can rest this case. Otherwise you'll loose a good customer frequently flying to Finland and I'll do whatever it takes to fight this case." The least I could do is to inform potential customers not to make the same mistake as I did. So I would advice anyone to take another rental company...!!
