Autovuokraamo Finn-Rent Vantaa Skyline Airport Hotel

I had a great experience renting with Finn Rent. Alf was helping me a lot. He explained things thoroughly and he was very kind and warm. I left my keys in the car and I emailed them, they were able to response in time and helped me to save it. Apart from not easy to find the rental place from the airport, the rest are great. If you are picking up their car from the airport, remember to go P3B and turn right. Look over to the left side until you see the sign on the top of parking spots that has Finn-rent. Overall, the car condition was quite new and the representative Alf was very helpful. Recommend!

+ got 3 classes higher car than I booked for same price + car in a good condition - Information about the pickup was "There will be a person on arrival and show you your car." Unfortunately this is not true and I spent 20 minutes of waiting on arrival, than looking at the another rental company’s desks and than on phone to get the proper information. Another 10 minutes of waiting in the garage… Why don’t you just write that is necessary to go to P3b parking, level 1 and than call your representative…. Could be so easy…

Booked through Auto Europe. Here was my experience: - Make sure you walk right to P3B parking, it's a short walk just outside the airport (follow the signs). -You may need to CALL them to ensure someone is there for pick up. Just an FYI if you have a data-only esim. They may not answer the first time so you may need to try a few times. -Note your surroundings and try to remember as returning the car may be confusing as you've been away (this is not Finn-Rent's fault, just the parking lot design). All that aside, car was perfectly fine, clean and comfortable - had a few dings already noted. Had a small misunderstanding with GPS which they promptly resolved. Car and terms were as described, there was no 'funny business' or anything. They were the best priced and I would rent from them again.

Le véhicule réservé ne correspondait pas au niveau taille, manque de coffre. Nous n'avions pas de disque ce pourrait être fort utile puisque de nombreux parkings nécessitent des disques horodatages. Nous en avons récupérer un que nous avons laissés pour les suivants... Le coffre était cassé il s'ouvrait et se refermait un peu ... ce qui nous a couté qq coup dans la tête ! Sinon le véhicule était adapté en conduite (V60) en automatique malgré un kilométrage notable.

Paid every thing in Advance and in this office not one. Not one answer the phone. So a big SCAM

Honteux ! Fuyez ! Plus d'un mois Après ma fin de location, ils ont débités 440€ de ma carte (quasi intégralité de la caution). En cause un pneu dégonflé, qui l'était déjà qqs kilomètres après le retrait du véhicule. Résultat un total facturé 901€ (contre une réservation de 460€ initiale). Inadmissible. Escroquerie.

Habe einen Polo gemietet, habe einen alten SEAT bekommen, KM 94'891 mit 10 Marks von 10 Carrosserie Beschädigungen. 500€ Depo via Amexco Card. Dann wurde mir 1000€ Abgebucht CHF 995.05. Nach langem Hin und her zurück bezahlt CHF 937.98 Ab gezockt CHF 57.07 ( Ripoff ) Es ist nicht aus zu schliessen dass ich der einige bin, der nachträglich Abgezockt wurde. ( Vorsätzlicher Betrug ) .
