Enterprise Rent-A-Car Rovaniemi Lentoasema

Täyden kympin palvelua Rovaniemen lentoasemalla 9.1, kiitos 🙂

Alles lief reibungslos.

--- 🇬🇧 English The car pick-up and drop-off was extremely easy. I also received a free upgrade to a larger vehicle. I appreciate the excellent information provided by the employee. The reservation was made online. I definitely recommend it!

Excellent service from start to finish! Initially, our booking had the same pick-up and drop-off point, but we later decided to drop off the car at the airport instead of the railway station. I contacted them, and they responded very quickly, making the change free of charge. They also provided great phone support when the machine had trouble verifying my driver’s license. To our surprise, we received a free upgrade from an economy Golf to an SUV, which was incredibly helpful for driving on Finland’s roads. The deposit was returned on the same day after drop-off. Highly recommended! 1. Have credit card 2. Rent with full insurance always

Terrible customer service. Received a car (that we took videos and photos of upon collection) covered in black marks. Filled the car completely at the petrol station 5 mins from the airport when returning and upon returning home they’ve charged us both the deposit and €180 for the fuel and when we have emailed them back they have not responded.

Pan z obsługi pomocny i wszystko spokojnie tłumaczy. Auto (Mercedes GLC) rewelacja, czysty i zadbany. Polecam w 100%!
