Autonvuokraus - Scandia Rent MABI Rovaniemi

Erinomainen asiakaspalvelu kiireelliseen tilanteeseen. Asiakaspalvelija toimi meidän parhaaksi monessa tilanteessa. Iso suositus! Great custom service with our urgent situation. Big recommendation!

Sivut on hyvin haasteelliset kännykällä.

Essence full -> full. Aucun soucis.

Not even worth one star. Terrible service. We had booked a car months in advance only to arrive at Rovaniemi and be offered a car with a broken window screen that was not safe to drive. They told us there was no other car available. We had to wait for ages to be refunded, then we were abandoned at the train station with no car in the height of tourist season. Hardly any cars available. Ended up having to rent from Europcar for a shorter rental period and 3 times the price. We were not even offered a lift to our hotel. Absolutely appalling. I can now see from other reviews we are not the only ones who have been stranded by this company. Buyer beware.

Great service from a very friendly and helpful staff! Our own car broke down in the middle of nowhere and we needed a bigger car for all our ski equipment but there was no availability. Our dog became a problem too because many rental companies do not allow dogs. Scandia Rent too was fully booked but managed to find us a big car anyway and they even made an exception for our dog! The price was very affordable too considering it was the weekend and we needed the car right away. They brought us the rental car on the same tow truck that took our own car to the repair shop. Very convenient! We were kept very well informed while they were searching for a suitable car for us. All in all a smooth family company experience, not like one of those big faceless corporations like Sixt or Europcar and they definitely have my recommendation! Thank you for saving our ski trip. 🙂
