Enterprise Rent-A-Car

A bit confusing to find the automated kiosk, located in the vestibule of the front of the station. There are no humans to provide assistance, and the phone number listed rings with no answer. One has to go through the process several times on the touchscreen machine before it works properly. It's meant to print out a QR code that can be scanned to retrieve car keys, but the machine did not print, instead it emailed the code, so you must have data/internet to proceed. Enterprise was the most competitively priced, but Sixt and local operators have actual staff members present, so it might be worth paying more for a better service.

EXCELLENT service by Verneri! We got an Audi which steering ESP broke down due to the extreme cold of -31 and Verneri arranged a replacement car within 2 hours! ON NEW YEAR’S EVE!!!! THAT is customer service! We WILL be back and use these guys for our next rental!

We rented a vehicle from Enterprise in Rovaniemi at the train station. Nobody tells you that there is a kiosk just outside the doors at the other side of the train station. Walk through the doors for the rental car area when you get off the train, walk past the rental car counter (on your right) and out the other doors straight ahead. There is no worker usually. The machine on the right will ask for your reservation number and name, and once you check in, it will give you a QR code. Use the code for the machine on the left which will spit out your keys. It is very confusing after a long day(s) of travel, but it is doable. The vehicles are out in the lot and your key will have the plate number on it. Take photos and videos of your vehicle after you thaw it out and before you leave the parking lot. Do that again when you turn it in, and the keys get dropped off back at the kiosk. Good luck!! Have fun in Rovaniemi!!

We have a reservation for 7:30, it, 7:52 and nonody at the "desk". Even the office should be opened from 7:00

Very positive experience. The whole rental process was smooth and easy. We purchased full insurance directly on the enterprise website, which gave us peace of mind during the trip. The car was clean, in great condition, and the service was friendly and professional. I would definitely use this rental service again.
