Europcar Rovaniemi Airport

Kaikki sujui todella hyvin ja asiakaspalvelu priimaa! Vahva suositus😊

Useamman kerran käyttänyt, aina sujuva palvelu ja vuokrattu auto siisti, puhdas ja virheetön. Helppous säästää aikaa ja antaa hyvän kokemuksen. Kiitos!

Oh my gosh - I have been raving to everyone about how great our experience was at the Europcar rental in Rovaniemi. WOW, what an excellent team! Our taxi driver picked us up from the Rovaniemi train station and drop us off at the wrong Europcar building. This building was a Europcar overflow/warehouse-type location, about a mile from the airport -- not the actual airport rental area. Not only did someone come out to talk with us (again -- even though we were at the wrong building), even though they were closed that day because it was Christmas Eve, BUT ALSO the people there arranged to have our rental car brought to us at that location. It was SO helpful not to need to struggle with getting a taxi and reloading all of our luggage. Just amazing. It was a long trip on the overnight train from Helsinki to Rovaniemi and we were all exhausted. Those kinds of little things really matter in those moments. But, the top-level service didn't stop there! About a day or so later, I inquired about upgrading the size of our vehicle to better fit the 5 adults (and previously mentioned: large amounts of luggage) for our drive down the western coast and back to Helsinki. And again -- people who ACTUALLY cared! Sauli reached-out to me quickly and he really looked out for us, searching for options -- ALSO on a holiday (Boxing Day/Dec 26th). We were super lucky and he found an available (automatic transmission!) Toyota Land Cruiser. We would've settled for the manual transmission, but are SO thankful that we got the automatic, since we ended up driving for about 8 hours during the 50-60pmh winds and dodged down trees everywhere. It was so helpful to be able to swap drivers (we had a second one on our reservation, just in case).
